BROKER COMMENTS
This 260 Sundancer is very very clean. The hull does not have any scratch and shows in great condition. The cockpit vinyl is original and appears and feels like new, it?s very solid and thick to the touch. Typically, vinyl over the years can wear thin or get brittle, these vinyl cushions are in excellent condition. The engine-room/bilge area is spotless and the original grey gel-paint show no signs of past oil leaks or standing water. (The wood board you see located in-front of the engine was simply added by the owner as a standing platform). The cabin is in excellent condition as is v-berth cushions, table, galley and the equipment. Speaking for myself, I normally have some hesitation when listing older boats as normally they have not been kept in the best condition?this 260 gives me no hesitation. The boat is stored with two covers, 1- the cockpit cover and then 2- a full morning cover and then lives on the trailer and stored within a gated storage lot. The canvas forward bimini, aft camper top, enclosure and cockpit carpeting are all stored in the owners garage and in excellent condition(no photos). The engine long-block was replaced in summer 2021 by a local service team and there has been zero issues.The owner is selling simply because they are not able to use the boat anymore and sadly were only able to get out on the water twice is 2023.
